Cellphones, in my opinion, should be OUTLAWED, especially when driving! Same with texting!!

My car came with telephone,yet, I disable it the moment I started the motor, and back again the moment I park. The computer tells me how many calls I missed and who called.
I hate those jerks driving cars with gear sticks, with a cigarette in one hand and a cell phone in the other, that's a disaster coming your way.
A law is there, but where is the cops when you need one, so that jerk don't kill you?
