"Eva’s Byte #320 – A Change of Heart"

This was great, Eva! I love what you wrote. I remember people telling me not to look at a smoked oyster before putting it in your mouth. Once I did look, I couldn't eat them anymore. Too gross. Chapter 77? I better get busy adding my own chapters and such. I sure do enjoy Author's Den. Corrine
Eva, you had me at "Fresh Seafood"....Having myself lived by the tidal waters of Virginia's Middle Peninsula and adjacent to the Chesapeake Bay, eating fresh seafood is a joy....With fishing and crabbing right at your back door one has a plethora of choices....And if you have a large sized freezer, one can enjoy fish and crab meat year round.
It takes courage to think (and rethink) and then decide to change a habitual course of action. I suspect that what's behind our variety of housing options, food choices, and so many other wonderful variations. It's a powerful thing to know a story to the point where you can go back and align a character with the "true" story. Bravo.
Have a blessed day.
Changes of Heart... Whenever I will go for dinner with Bonier and my brother and sister-in-law, they all wait until I have made my decision, then they will take my menu because I am one that 'always' changes my mind... By the way I love (love being an overused word) I love steamers (pisser clams) dragged through warm broth to remove ay sand then dipped into melted butter..."YUM!!!" This one of your has made my hungry.

Yeah, I've had a lot of changes of heart over the years. I went from eating some meat at every meal, to vegan, to vegetarian, now to mostly pescatarian plus a bit of beef for my health (don't ask me but I get weak without that iron rich protein to the point where my legs shake and don't work despite my wanting to live land-meat free), so I totally understand and don't judge anyone the way I used to, sadly. Clam poop sounds gross, lol, but no worse than shrimp.
