Hi Sandie, best wishes for a good holiday before returning to hit the book again! BBQ is always excellent tasting, although not so good for your health (as they say in Texas, "Welcome to the BBQ, stay for the cardiac by-pass!, LoL). Personally, I rarely eat BBQ, but our neighbor, a Chinese fellow who formerly owned a restaurant, makes some drop-dead FANTASTIC BBQ pork ribs! Who could resist? Yum!
