Hi Jane:
This is a big problem for writers of stories. I often find myself in same situation. While I want to put an end to my story I would always find some more plots to go into the story, and then I would tell myself, "Not just yet". By the time I fit more plots to the story then the ending I had planned earlier would not fit to be the ending. Then I would have to find something else to talk about before I would come up with another type of ending. It just goes on and on... if you know what I mean. LOL!!!!!
