I found my way to the little boys room with the bowl around six o'clock and lost that insomnia somewhere in between, because I kind of wake up at ten!

and a good 2010 morning to you Vickie -- it is true that, "if you do what you have always done, you get what you have always gotten" -- and I don't recall the source of that statement at the moment -- as for sleep, it seems to come when it wants,not when we need it -- peace and love my friend -- Jon Michael
