I pray that b****** fries in jail or that they revoke his licence (PERMANENTLY)!! They should have done this in the first place; that's beyond insane!! I am so sorry for your loss, Michelle; you are ever in my prayers/thoughts! I think Linda Law, Karla, and Sandie said it better than I ever could; I wouldn't be as forgiving (or nice)!

That's like murder and getting away with it pleading insanity.

I don't agree to the law at all. For whatever the reason a person's negligence causing another person's life, it is still murder, or causing death. The most proper judgment is life in prison for the maximum of 25 years years, for the other person's life is gone and the survivors have to suffer the loss of that person.

Sometimes, the justice system does not make sense at all!!!

THAT'S insane. Slapped on the wrist, to drink and drive again? License should be PERMANENTLY revoked, after ONE offense: what's with these repeaters, four, five, six times and more? Time to crack down and crack down hard!! I'm so sorry, Michelle - people do not realize the dangers of drinking and driving. Why I stopped.
