I really hate to say this, but you still only got it half right. 'Ventura Highway' is one song by the band America, and 'Horse with no name' is another. 'Ventura Highway' does not appear within 'Horse with No Name'.

They are both wonderful songs - amongst a great library by that almost forgotten band.

Wasn't it 'America' (of 'Horse with no name' fame) who sang 'Ventura Highway'?
