One big difference is on AuthorsDen, we promote authors, poets and their writings. So the ads you see on AuthorsDen.com are BookAds by author members. We do NOT share information about our members, content, traffic, etc with ANY other companies. We run a very tight ship. FB's business model is to exploit their users in ways to earn as as much as possible from them by selling their information to advertiser. Our model is marketing authors where members pay us to advertise their works and we also earn a % when books sell. As you can see these are very different. AuthorsDen has been around years before FB, so we are traditional in our thinking so we treat others as we would like to be treated and create win-win opportunities for our members. We take our responsibilities extremely seriously, we keep out hackers, spammers, exploiters, advertisers, dangerous bots, virus and other continuously threatening activities OUT, and focus only on our authors, poets, writers and readers and providing them good results and a safe environment to good experience.
