Reading for the young must be encouraged, required and revived, partly via the Net, just as I read here every word in your dear blog. Reading is reading. It doesn't necessarily have to be restricted to words printed on paper. Fortunately. Also, thank God for universities. Who can graduate from one without actually reading I'd like to know?
