My, you just touched the tip of the iceberg. I fully agree. Hershey's and Mars Candy Company, much as we all love them, do as much or more harm on the bodies of society as Phillip-Morris and their cohorts. What's more, there are people who weigh 300 or more pounds who'll tell you that smoking is a sin cause the Bible talks about the body being a temple of the Lord, which, of course, it is. I'm not going to refute the Bible. Why weighing 3 or 400 lbs. doesn't qualify as "temple" abuse I'll never understand. Go figure, says Linda. How nice to read your words today. :) |
