"My Last Poem"

Funny that you wrote this...not funny in a ha, ha way, but rather because it so perfectly put my own feelings into words. I felt the same way after my last poem..."Once..." It left me feeling as though I didn't have anything left to say, I guess. I can't really explain it. :~)

Dear Bonnie, I lost my daughter in a freak car crash not so long ago, thousand of miles away, the only thing I could do was to write to not go under.
I felt your story very deeply and I know what you are feeling now.
Write, that angel doesn't deserve silence.

No Sandi, it was the subject of the poem. It really tore at my heart strings and I was so emotionally drained after I wrote that I got physically sick so I thought I take some down time to recoup and read others work until my emotions settle down a little. Don't worry, I'll be fine.
