I wish my Mom had written her recipes down. The ones I learned from her never made it to paper until I wrote my book.

Oh.. I caught the measurements, but because I cook that way too, it just seemed normal to me that I understood the way she meant it... I can't cook..at all...but everyone says I make "fabulous miracle meals"...like the apostles...can feed an army with one fish... so this recipe made me smile, and I can see why it gave you a lump in your heart when you posted... lindalaw

You already know I'm nuts...but I happen to LOVE liver & onions...go to Harrah's on Thursdays so I can get it there...honest! This recipe sounds great...no one in my family liked it or likes it... so I'm going to try it...one onion...half everything...I'm the only one who eats it... yummmm
