It is unfathomable what you have said. How can a person in your condition be "able" I'd like to know? Get 2 lawyers! Maybe they can get something done between the both of them. Of course, they'll make sure they get a slice of the pie, but that's life...

It's a good idea to take time out and blow the cobwebs away, and an even better idea to dig deep into the Word,for what better place to find peace, sense of wellbeing and answers to difficult sistuations like the one you are currently facing. Hoping and praying that you are granted that which you most desperately need. 11th hour though it may be, hold fast sweetie. Miss yah already. Hugssss
