Dear Karen, you should do 300 sit ups three times a day and that pain will be gone and you will be fitted for New York Marathon...
Seriously, take care of that back, stay warm, sit in a position that doesn't strain the muscles or the spine, and over all, dive yourself a couple of days free from the computer, because it is one of the big no-no of all.

If you do find a place that has new backs for sale let me know for I really need one too. I went to Therapy this morning and he said no exercise today. I will keep you in my prayers karen. Take care dear.

Karen sounds like we are taking a page out of each others books, I have dealt with the back issue all my life, but lately ouch is right, I nearly fell in the restroom the other day, thankfully Mychael was there to help kinda balance me out, and today I have a headache to go along with it, but I am praying for you, I know you can get through this with the Lords help

I pray for you and Karla every nite Karen...I know... but I do... along with many others...and the list gets really long lately; however, I will send a special one for this immediate problem.. My Joe is suffering with back pain yesterday and today (he played raquetball as usual..but...something happened I think??) and he's miserable...so I promised to rub his back with yuk stuff tonite in the hopes it will help...Wish I could do the same for you... smiles... Take care and plz be safe...and thank God for Karla who helps whenever possible... I won't even discuss my own back..hehe...surgery a few years ago and you know how that goes...never gets better, but at least I"m not fussing lately... Thank you God! hugs and prayers, lindalw
