As long as you take it easy...I will smile at any progress you have health wise, it is when you thing of being a Quarterback in the Super Bowl when I start to worry.

I hear that!! Oddly enough, when my herniated discs give me really bad pain, walking on the treadmill(slowly) seems to help. Of course if I don't do it on a steady basis--which I don't,--I get shins splints for a few days. One day I woke up with no pain and thought I'd died and went to heaven lol. At least with pain, we do know we are alive--ouch!!

I am glad your back is feeling better, being born with hip displacia, (My hips are both displaced) I know what hip pain is, but one doctor wanted my Mom to have my hips broke and reset when I was younger thank goodness she decided against that LOl

You said, "Went to the library yesterday; no problem, but was still relatively slow."
I suggest an Evelyn Wood Speeding Reading Course, to increase your rate, improve your comprehension, retention, concentration and vocabulary. It should help the next time you feel slow at the library! ;0)
Hope you feel better soon!
