Sound like it will be great Karen. Can't wait to hear how it went. Our choir sang three songs that had a great beat and many people clapped to the music. It was great.

I too love the old fashion gospel, but have recently added some contemporary to my collection, my granddaughter enjoys listening this in the jeep. Enjoyed the blog, I love to hear new groups, quartets, and singers....oh by the way my sister and I are two years apart but were very close while growing up and still are but have two totally different views and opinions of gospel music. Guess that's just the way of sisters...enjoyed, hope you had a wonderful service! Can't wait to read and find out what happened.

Oh, do have a wonderful day, both of you. I love the old stuff. I had the privilege of attending a Mennonite Brethren Church for a few years. All the congregation sing in 4 part harmony so it was like attending a concert every week. I loved it and I miss it. Blessings, J'nia
