Wow, sorry to hear about the thefts of your daughter's work. Unfortunately, most people do not share your daughter's talents and some unscrupulous people don't intend to pay for them so they steal them. I once owned an art website and found that there are several legit websites that offer free or low-cost programs that prevent art theft from websites by blocking the right-click and copy or cut functions from working on images. One program even replaces the thief's wanted image with a lousy cartoon instead! Unfortunately (again) I can't remember the names of the programs off-hand, but I'm sure you or your daughter will be able to find them. Good luck!
