I like to watch golf too---I can't play any more---BUT not all the time. It's either football, basketball or GOLF---I like to watch HGTV---home and garden---he always says,"can't we find something better to watch?" I'll have to go watch some football---I need to check out the butts?????? ha ha ha ha

I'm with you, Katt. Football and boxing. How stupid is it to purposely punch someone in the head?

But guess what happened? I sat down to watch golf with DH one day and turned out I love it. Never miss a tournament if I can help it. Go Tiger! Go Mickelson! Go Weir! Go Singh!

Did I mention I like curling, but I can't stand the fact that they give the ladies a mike strapped to their clothing? DH won't let me watch with the volume turned down so I don't have to listen to them yelling SWEEP!Sweep!

No one has yet to explain adequately why curlers need mikes.What? So we can hear them screaming?

Ever notice how cute all those butts look in their football gear? I stuck my boys in football just so I could tell the other mothers, "Mine's the one with the cutest butt."

You are so right---he's like the dog in that respect. Meko can't stand it if he can't see me---or be with me--in the same room. Meko is asleep on my desk right this minute---and my husband would be (asleep on my desk--if I would let him---ha ha)

Hi Katt... The secret is not in the understanding of the game; but in understanding that our man just wants us to enjoy sitting with him while he enjoys it!! We read, knit, write, etc...and every once in awhile, we look up and say, "Wow..that was something!"....and they look at us like we are brilliant..finally getting it! Love is grand...sort of like when they go shopping with us, and sit and wait while we try on one thing after another...and they would rather be home watching some guy running across the field with a ball knocking everyone else around the field...cool.. you got the secret girl...hugs, lindalaw
