I can relate in some ways. I too have someone assuming they run my company when they don't, pretending they are the editor and chief when I am now.

I spoke of this to my friend Mr. Campbell (we all call him Lloyd) today and he told me "Thomas, just because a cat has kittens in an over, that doesn't make them biscuits" and he was right! Just because someone pretends to be a part of my company doesn't mean they are so I shouldn't worry about it!
