"HOW DOES ISIS SURRENDER?"

This rag tag ISIS army does have stolen US Army vehicles seized from a base in Iraq. The vehicles include Hummers, armored personnel carriers and tanks plus, no doubt, countless weapons and ammo. This pirated fleet expedited ISIS’ quick takeover of parts of Syria and Iraq. So, ISIS is not as rag tag in just pickup trucks as may be the general impression. Now the US is ironically using tax dollars to bomb another form of its tax dollars in all the stolen equipment and munitions.
ISIS is a Suicide Army and will go out with the last man standing. There would never be any surrender until the Entire World has converted to their form of Islam. Not even their own Sunni kind is good enough for ISIS unless they are willing to behead non-believers, including killing women and children indiscriminately.
The self proclaimed head of ISIS - Abu Bakr al-Bagdahdi - who also claims to be a descendent of Mohammed, will never negotiate surrender with the West and the West will never negotiate with ISIS. So that issue is a total stalemate. Rather, like Hitler and the Nazis, ISIS will unfortunately have to be wiped off the face of the Earth. Such was the case with bin Laden and the now defunct al Qaeda. But here’s the eternal rub: as long as disenfranchised, young Arab men are bred to be jihadists and rejoice in the killing of non-believers, there will always be some militant faction like ISIS or al Qaeda and Westerners will be fighting them through eternity.
The only solution is an internal one. Arab youth must throw down their weapons, openly embrace the other cultures and sects on the planet, and call for the end of the jihadist nightmare. That is a huge task to accomplish given that no other culture other than a murderous form of Islam is permitted among current ISIS terrorist youth.
