I think their is a bit of a story teller or writer in all of us, some better than others perhaps but mostly the good ones are those that aren't afraid to write from the heart.

Writing is old fashioned, even when done on a computer. When I was a child, I drew and painted first, and later began to write. I think we all want to be appreciated by others, especially our parents, and that appreciation is the thing we seek in performing our various crafts. Whether I sell it or not, I have my immediate satisfaction, and it is a very real boost to each day of inspiration.

I write to feel alive, and when I feel alive I don't think about how little time is left for me and the mountain of things perhaps I will not finish.
My life is like a tree with many branches, writing is one of them.
