Wow... I am so glad that so many of you have already seen it!! and that you agreed with me...it's a beautiful story. By the way Denise...I just heard yesterday that there is a story called "Seven Pounds" and I have to ck it out, don't know what it's about or who is in it...however...I recently submitted a poem called "Seven Pounds" that I wrote last year....it is about how much my hubby weighed when his ashes are placed into an urn... so now I'm curious about this movie...wonder what the seven pounds is about???? Thanks for the heads up on this movie, Benjamin Buttons. I haven't been in a theater in years, but I may go see this movie since it gets such rave reviews. This one and Seven pounds.

Yeppers, "The Curious LIfe of Benjamin Button" is a superb kleenex movie. Best in the theatre rather than DVD (when available) because of several scenes which do need the big screen. I looked at the ridiculous prices on those movie lobby treats, and I knew that they were way too proud of them. Not wishing to deprive them, my jacket pockets were stuffed with great snacks.

Coincidence--I saw the same movie today and felt the same way. It's worth seeing. However, this guy at the end of the row, three seats from me, fell asleep before the movie started and snored through most of the movie. He fell asleep during the previews of future movies and missed the movie he paid for. People kept turning around, looking and smiling. On the other hand, no one complained or left because it appears the audience didn't want to miss a moment. And yes, my eyes misted up a bit too. Sure, I could have tried to wake the guy up but maybe he goes to the show to sleep or he was growing younger as he aged and needed a nap.

I have to every movie Brad is in!
I did see the previews and hope to see it soon. I too refuse to pay the popcorn and drink prices at the movie. I stuff my pockets full and take in a can of soda.

I haven't seen a bad picture that Pitt has made yet and I'm glad he is still making good movies with his fine acting abilities.
