So sorry you did not have a good time at Bingo. Bingos are my only outlet now since Tom passed and I love it. Go 4 to 5 times a week when have the money. Lost last nite too but going back Fri if weather is nice. I too am trying to diet and get in shape. Have to start walking as I get out of breath I am too heavy. I am really trying again. Good luck to you in the NY. I posted 2 new things on my site. Hope you get to read them, about the NY

If I know you, Linda, I believe that taking easy, just will do the worst - you'll get into the bed.

When i have something like that, I fill myself with vitamin C and some antipyretics, put a hot scarf and a sweater, drink a tea with Rum with some clove and put Bach.

After all this done, I work as hard as I can, so there is no time for the illness to penetrate all those defences of drugs+cloths+drink+food for soul.
Try it.
One thing sure, continuing to work, your body is better capable to resist the bad little guys that look for ways to put you into the bed :-)

Listen lovely lady Linda, You need to slow your pace down a little, We don't need you to be sick,,, there would not be anyone that could replace your wonderful blogs and poems. So I ask you to take it easy for a few days,,, will you please.
