Linda sorry you are not feeling well, sounds like what I have been battling the last couple of weeks, I think Sandie may be right about needed to update your Adobe reader though, that worked for me last time I had trouble with my files

Linda:

Did you managed to open up the PDF file? If not,perhaps you'll need to update your Acrobat Reader. Perhaps your Acrobat Reader is an old version. Some old versions cannot open new files.

Did you try opening your files in lulu in the "My Files" section? All your files, including the PDF's are in there.

Hi Linda:

If your PDF won't open from your computer area, then to your lulu's site.

Sign in and you will see a tab that says "My Files". Click on that and you will see all your files there, including the PDF's. Find the latest PDF file and open it.

I hope you and Bonnie will feel better soon.

NyQuil put my adult daughter into the hospital for two days. It should be taken off the market. Drink lots and lots of water and I mean lots. It helps to keep the mucas thinned. The body knows the difference between water and other fluids so plain water. Make it iced water, you'll burn 20 calories bringing it to body temperature with each glass.

As far as the computer goes, you'll never win. And for LuLu I'll reserve my comment.

Stay in bed, drink water, eat chicken soup (magic qualaties in it) and hug a teddy bear.

Hi... There are no "kids" in this Seniors community or I would have already hired the little one!! Also... I am getting sicker... this DayQuil is disgusting...and it makes me woozy but I don't feel better... in fact...my throat feels like it's closing up!!! I had this a couple years ago and ended up in the hospital...couldn't breathe!!! I am praying that doesn't happen! This scares me! I told Joe that if I get bad tonite, just to take me to the ER...don't even bother to ask... because I am really concerned... when I can't breathe...it isn't funny...and I get so afraid (struggle with anxiety/panic attacks)! I'm not afraid of dying...I'm always ready...but...I am afraid of pain or going back under the knife...so much surgery in my life and I used to just take it like a big girl...but now...without my Gib to hold me (altho Joe is very sweet and thoughtful too)...I just get scared...something I thought I had under control... guess sometimes we think we are tougher than we are! Bonnie is an angel but works too hard helping others because her heart is as big as the ocean, I know because she has been helping me get my book ready for LuLu.When I learned she was having eye problems I stopped bothering her until she is A1 again.
I sure hope you get to the bottom of your dilemma and the same thing doesn't happen to me. Good luck Linda doll.

Linda, find a child..any age, they can work the computers like magic! They work cheap(assistants)
The Nyquil...make you high as a kite..but will not cure the cold! LOL

I took that medication once, 2 days latter I came down from the ceiling and I still can't find my mind and that has been almost a year ago. I hope you regain your within hours, because I would miss your sweet short stories and wonderful blogs. Get well soon my Lady.

Well from a man who also started working with computers when the reels were the size of huge frisbees and the key punch cards were the latest technology I know what you mean...lost in todays world myself.
