"Recipes anyone? "

Great idea, Linda and like someone else said, cookbooks seem to keep on selling. I'll look up a few of my own creations altered from recipes that I liked but had too much salt or fat in them--yet I can fiddle with food and make it both delicious and healthy!! Good luck with this huge project!!

I will give you some great recipes that are passed on in our family for generations, I will have to look some up, but others I remember by heart

You are tireless in your quest for new ideas and this one has potential as recipe books sell like hot cakes. Ha

My mom did this a couple of years before she passed away. It is SO nice to have all of our favorite recipes in one book...
One of the things that all of us love about her book is that she put the recipes in alphabetical order. They are all nicely indexed in the back according to what "type" of food they are, or what ingredients are in them...she did this for my husband who is DEATHLY allergic to some things...like celery, oatmeal and nuts. So I know to avoid the recipes with those in them...at least when I am being nice and cooking with my hubby in mind...hee, hee...although I must admit that every once in a while I do get a hankering for oatmeal cake and we make it...even though my hubby can't eat a bite of it. hee, hee...
Some of them are named "Amy's such and such" or "Crystal's something or other" or... but we know EXACTLY which recipe that refers to and it is easier than trying to remember which roll recipe we like or which chicken and rice recipe is our favorite, etc...
At any rate, I will send you some of our favorite recipes. :~)
