Dear Linda, I'm so glad that they have finally found what was causing you pain and rid of the darn stones!! Please have a save and speedy recovery. Never mind about work for a while!!!

I know it's easy to say than done, I was a lot like you in my dedication about work. I was hit and pinned underneath a car once, my back was all bruised and everything and yet I WENT TO WORK THE FOLLOWING DAY BECAUSE I THOUGHT THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING WITHOUT ME THERE; but listen, they and their jobs will survive with or without us being there. So don't make the mistakes that I have made, know where it's coming from and you know where I stand now in my workplace. Nobody cares after all that dedication!!! Everyone just looks out for himself/herself and tries to kick you out of the way!!!

So heed my advice and look after yourself first!
