My inspiration for stories or poems are pretty much all personal experiences or feelings... but I am inspired by images or by words that sound as though they need to be put together and written down... it is just a mood more than anything I guess... the desire to share what I am feeling or seeing with others that allows me to write.

I am inspired by a lot of things, the Marishka Tanya Alexei series was actually born from a dream I had after watching an episode of Law and Order SVU back in 04, and for five years I worked on the series, and continue to work on it, others have been inspired by a single image, or by a person or a circumstances, my ideas come from many places. Thank you for sharing this blog

Hi, my name is Fern. Stories are always in my mind, at night, in the daytime even when I am watching TV. My mind never rest. I have written two books published, and working on the third, sometimes a word can trigger pages of dialogue. I always keep pad and pen close by. Listing to mood music or the sweet scent of a flower will conjure up very grafic love scenes in my mind. |
