I really enjoy AD,,but FB has many connections to everyplace you need. Also, posting with family is excellent! Welcome aboard Linda!

It took me a long time to get a facebook account and although I agree about it being a little too public for me in some ways, I love that I have been able to reconnect with all of the cousins I grew up with, as well as stay connected with many more recent friends. I must admit I am not that active on FB though. I read a lot, but don't post much. :~)
I have been so busy lately that I haven't had time to do much with AD. Partially, I am frustrated that to many people you must review their work in order for them to read yours. I understand the give and take system, but I struggle with feeling as though many of the reviews are really due to my work being thought provoking or because the other person wants a review. The bottom line to me is that I want to write for the right reason...because it is a joy and I want to...not because I have to, and when I feel as though I have to read someone else's work to get mine read... well... it just doesn't seem to be the right/write reason.
