"Fraud Task Forces are a Sign of the Times"

I work in CD and DVD salvage for a warehouse and it's all too easy for a customer to buy a title, copy it, and then return it for a refund, saying it's defective or it skips. The item then ends up in salvage and has to be sold as used. My niece works in retail and she says her store is regularly being robbed by women who turn hoards of children loose to create a distraction while the women fill their bags with merchandise and walk out. Such a shame that people have become so brazen and so dishonest.
