Informed write. So much for promised transparency eh? Not even those who passed the bill had time to read, reference, or discuss it. The repeal of The Welfare Reform Act alone will have a measurable negative effect on Obama's pledge of the creation of "3.4 million jobs in the next two years" (unless they're all case-workers ;) Meanwhile, tax cuts for small business, which employs 75% of our workforce, are reduced by almost half. Painted in broad agenda-driven strokes, this bill represents the largest transferrence of wealth in history. The bill sets forth precedents that encourage dependency, fuels huge expansion of government and provides payola to constituents. Every citizen should be encouraged to read this important legislation.
