Yes, I have had many self-induced obe's. Unfortunately, I still cannot do it at will, but there is a good reason for that. I believe one of my articles is on 'How To Astral Travel' but am not sure if that is the title. I don't get into my own writings much these days.
Check it out under Victor Farrell. Without problems it should work for you.

Yes... I have had more than one! and my husband told me of "his" a week before he died...which led me to believe that since he "came back" from his near brush with death that he would be spared....he still passed away within 10 days which shocked me! and probably him too!..... I'm sure u will get many responses on this topic... There are many reasons "why" we have them.... they are always a "Saving Grace"... lindalaw
