I agree. Thanks for writing about this important topic. I have written about our many careless errors in our online writing before but some authors actually had the arrogance to say they'd write the way they damn felt and chose to write and the readers could like it or else! What kind of "literary" world would theirs be, I ask?

No! To your question... I would not want to purchase a book with high expectations and have to struggle through reading with errors.
