"A Horseman's Thought for the Day"

That thought is very true in many aspects of life. However, I find it particularly amusing because I am a horsewoman myself. I always tell people there are three rules involved with riding horses. Rule 1: Never get on a horse unless you intend to get off the "hard" way. Rule 2: Every year the ground gets farther away. Rule 3: Every year the ground gets harder.
