Congratulations, Lisa!! I am glad to hear that you did so well. At one point, I was also very involved in photography, won several awards and actually had a few of my pictures published...nobody could have been more surprised than me. I lost all of that stuff in a flood in my basement in a home I had live in, so all I have left are memories. The same thing happened with my paintings, other than the ones I actually sold for money, again, what a shock. It seems that when we evaluate our own work, we see only the faults or mistakes. When others look at them, they see the uniqueness and the beauty that exists. I am so happy for you. I hope you do well in realizing your dream as an animal photographer. |
