Membership: How do the quarterly memberships work?
In response to your requests, AuthorsDen created the Quarterly Membership product. This extremely flexible product allows authors to spread the cost of the annual membership out over the year. All quarterly products are billed automatically each 90 days to the credit card on file.
When will I be charged again? AuthorsDen bills quarterly products on the 5th, 15th and 25th of the respective month. If you ordered the product on January 10th then we will push your start date out to January 15th. Therefore your next bill date will be on April 15th, then again on July 15th, November 15th and again on January 15th. We always round ‘UP’ so you will likely receive a few free days.
How do I cancel this product? If you decide to stop future charges you may. As a quarterly user you are not obliged to maintain your account for a full year. If you wish to cancel your account at the next bill date you must email AuthorsDen 7-days prior to your next bill date. Respecting our TOS, we do not offer refunds on any membership products ordered.
May I pay for the Quarterly Product by check? No, we do not accept quarterly payment by check. Please do not send quarterly checks as they will be applied to your account as a proportional credit based on the ANNUAL price of the same product. If you want to send a check then PLEASE select one of our Annual Products.
