Sandra Louden was flown to New York to appear on a segment of NBC's The John Walsh Show, which aired 10/17/02. The topic was Moms Who Stayed At Home With The Kids While Earning Money. Together with 8 other women, Sandra told the story of how she started writing greeting cards as a home-based business in 1986.
Sandra Louden was a stay-at-home Mom who needed to earn extra income in order to be at home with her children. She began writing greeting cards in 1986 and since then has gone on to write greeting cards for celebrities, has been interviewed in such places as Radio's Voice Of America, Glamour, Attache (US Air), Talk Magazine, Staples.com, The Christian Science Monitor & and upcoming article in The Washington Post Magazine. Most recently, Sandra was invited to be a guest on NBC's The John Walsh Show which aired coast-to-coast on October 17, 2002.
Sandra was able to talk about how she started writing greeting cards from home and where and how wanna-be greeting card writers can break into this still relatively untapped field.
