In 2008, I have published my second work, Imminent Ferns by Sha Yan. It is an English poetry collection about life and spirit in general. Now I would like to set up a Shayan Hu Foundation, which is a non-profitable and charitable organization, for which I will soon go to register as a business organization and open a bank account for the Foundation. I mean, from now on, for every penny I made on selling "Imminent Ferns", I would like to put the money into the foundation. The purpose of the foundation is to help the Montreal local psychaitrical research that I will continiously donate money from the foundation account to Montreal hospitals. The foundation then would have a name, a name that will last throughout my life time, and by the means I suffer from the mental illness and continiously receive help from Quebec government. I purposedly would like to give and donate to the society throughout my lifetime, that would deliquently put the foundation under my pen name to the hospital front to battle mental illnesses.
