“Summerfest” is an annual event held in the historic section of this quant whaling town of New Bedford, Mass…
...and while this was the first year that authors were invited to this annual event, it proved to be quit successful. The beautiful weekend weather finally prevailed and brought out a continued stream of people, and while we were few in number we did sell quit a number of books.
More importantly I enjoyed once again, reacquainting myself with colleagues and making new friends, and perhaps a few new fans. Hopefully “Summerfest” will be the beginning of an annual event for authors, and of course a special thank you to author Patricia Perry who brought the concept to the powers that be, and help organize having authors attend this annual event.
