I’ve just contacted festival officials, for information on the second annual “2007 Brooklyn Book Festival”.
The first festival was held last year in September and it was a huge success, over 10,000 people purchased books and many more attended this one day event. The festival was held at Borough Hall Plaza and Columbus Park, of course being one of those a transplanted “New Yorker” by way of New Jersey and the Bronx, I may need a passport to enter Brooklyn. The photo above was taken at twilight, just as the strand of lights along the Brooklyn Bridge come on. In the background an incredible view of the city’s skyline, captures both the Twin Towers, and the Empire State Building.
