Fitness trainer and life coach Nina van der Plas has just released her first inspirational book ‘All Women are Bitches & All Men are Bastards’ to explain exactly what it is that is so conflicting between men and women where love and relationships are concerned.
The successful April launch of the book was held at Montego’s Restaurant at Double Bay on Kawana Island on the beautiful Sunshine Coast of Queensland, with copies of the book selling out. Overlooking clear blue waters from white sandy beaches the reflections of who we are as women and men glinted from the river.

In order to have the life you dream of, first you have to love yourself enough to overcome feelings of unworthiness and actually know what it is you want from life. ”
