The commentary is on Racial Profiling, and Colonial Laws that are still in use today. Many of those laws are not "On The Book", but are "Understood." My premise is that those laws are "Gateway", acts that will eventually affect all Americans. The commentary is three minutes long, and is part of a larger program.
