My personal goals always include being a light to my facebook friends and family and striving for excellence, so let's talk about our personal: Mission, Vision, Goals, and Strategy for 2015.
Our Vision is: A short general statement on what we want to happen; how our life will look in the future.
Our Mission: Identifies the direction and sense of priority for our Vision.
Our Strategy: Describes the means by which we will achieve our Vision & Mission.
Our Goals: Are specific things to accomplish within the realm of our Vision and Mission.
If we want to be the best version of ourselves we must address these important things.
I will share with you my own Vision, Mission and Strategy in hopes of inspiring someone else to develop their own.
My Vision - To seek after and maintain inner peace in the areas of: my relationship with God, where I live, where I work, who I hang out with, who I date, how I take care of myself, what I do with what God has blessed me with, how I minister to, or serve others, and what I fill my eyes and mind with.
My Mission - To surrender to and follow inner peace urgings of the Holy Spirit, whether it's a leading to, or a leading away from.
My Strategy - 
Stay in the word on a regular basis; use it as a plumb line.
Be a great employee at my job.
Be disciplined with my spending.
Be disciplined with my time.
Make decisions based on my Vision, Mission and Strategy, to attain my goals.
