For many years I would recruit , interview and hire individuals for various positions in agencies I've worked for.

Overtime I became interested in handwriting and name analysis as a tool to help me in the tough job of matching candidates with job openings.

This was, at the time, popular in many corporations.

But I was doing it as an experiment to see if the name of the person and the traits name analysis says ought to be there actually matched the person whom I ultimately interviewed and came to work with.

In fact, I analysed my own name and used name analysis techniques to name my daughter.

Over the years I have had ocassion, of course, to see if her name and its spelling match with her actual traits.

Well this is that story and others I have looked at.
