Excerpts from the book were read by three persons followed by the sale  and signing of books.

People were amazed at my comments about my search for God -not because they were far fetched but because they too have their own search for God going on and some of my experiences were similar to theirs.  

I explained how my search took me out of the church on Sundays and out in the boat fishing instead. Amazingly, it was during my times of fishing that I realized there had to be a God.   The vastness of the ocean is almost too much to comprehend and when I thought about it, I realized that there was no way it go so far inland and then stop at the shoreline if there wasn't someone greater than us at the controls.   

I also spent one night sleeping on the front seat of a Boston Whaler or at least I think it was a Boston Whaler and I just couldn't understand the stars and moon just hanging there yet not crashing to earth, unless there was someone greater than us in control. 

These realizations drew me to the Bible where I began a search for God through the Book that was inspired by Him and written by His prompting, through others. The end result is where I am now, expressed in my newly published book, Biblical Journeys-Passages Through Time and Into Eternity.
