Through her donated items and support, Jill Eisnaugle, author of Coastal Whispers and Under Amber Skies, helped to raise in excess of $3,500 for breast cancer research, screenings, and treatments in the Houston area at the Houston chapter of Susan G. Komen for the Cure's annual Pasta Party, held on October 2, 2008 at the Westin Galleria Hotel in Houston.
