Thanks everyone for your kind and positive feedback to the announcement of the publication (hopefully this October) of In Search of Sal, my-murder-mystery-inspired-by-the-true-story-of-someone-we-all-know. We’ve come up with an idea to include all of you in the book’s success. We need an inspiring quote on the inside page—you know, like “. . . you are a lost generation” on the first blank page of The Sun Also Rises. It can be original or borrowed from a poem or other work (as long as you credit the poet or writer), and we’ll acknowledge you as the contributor and/or author on that opening page. ALL CONTRIBUTORS WILL HAVE THEIR NAMES PUBLISHED IN THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS.  I’d like to pay you, but I’m still a struggling (young? I wish) writer. I want the book to be successful, and I want to share that success with my friends. I can’t give away the plot, but the key elements include Hollywood, murder, fame, greed and redemption. We’ll take your ideas and names from now until March 15^th. Hope this works and hope to hear from you, my wonderful and supportive friends.
