I am pleased to be able to say that, in the four months since I made this website for elderly people ( 65 years+) - both to use and to contribute to, that the site has had, to date, 3430 visitors. The site can be found at Click here

Many of this age have no interest in the internet or IT skills, but I fear they will miss out if they don't at least have a rudimentary ability.

The site is made to be compatible with iPads, Hudl etc ( much easier for non - IT people than computers) and is easy to use. it has poems - to read or listen to, stories, articles, opinions,  links to books, pages to highlight embroidery, knitting,gardening, stamp collecting - to name a few.

Contributors are 'slow in stepping forward' - as I expected, but I am hoping that younger relatives will find out about the site and encourage their parents, grandparents, neighbours, uncles, aunts, and friends to both enjoy and contribute to the site. Any over 65years who has written poems or a book/s can showcase their work and have links on site to where their book can be bought etc. Visit the site to see and understand the layout and possibilities. 

The choice and responsibility for the content is, inevitably, mine to take. I will just say that I am moral, honest, have humour and am kind, so content submitted should reflect similar values in life. I would like this site to be known for decency. Content can be in 'Word' for text or JPEG pictures/photos - the site explains all re sending contributions.

Contributions from any nationality or country are welcome, but in English please as sadly, I am no linguist.
