The Ima Hogg Musical taken from a childrens book by Margaret McManis is being presented on May 15th 2011, at Dosey Does in the Woodlands. The musical and a light brunch will be a fundraiser that will benefit the Woodlands Children's Museum.
The children's book 'Ima and the Great Texas Ostrich Race', by Margaret McManis has been made into a musical with six original songs and a 40 minute family play. The production will be performed on Sunday May 15th at Dosey Does in the Woodlands to benefit the Woodlands Children's Museum. Ms. McManis will be on hand to sign copies of her two books about Ima Hogg of Texas so come by for a light lunch and a fun time celebrating the childhood of Texas most extraordinary heroine.
