The Hazelton school district and Canim Indian band in the 100 Mile House area of BC enjoyed Because of the Moon. The Canim school principal is going to read this book to her children who are a mulitcultural mix of children with a majority being First Nations.

This is a great compliment for me as I wrote the book with respect and love for the First Nations people of BC and having their approval means everything to me.
