Day three of my Kindle giveaway and over 1,000 hits. That's kinda nice
I am running a Kindle Freebie campaign on Amazon this week, and it seems to be having some results! One wonders if offering your book as a free ebook is sending a message that your book is worth nothing. I think enticing people to read a book has value for me, since I didn't write it to get rich. I hope nobody else in AuthorsDenLand is clinging to a dream of getting rich writing books. Heaven knows it can happen, but it is a rare author who ends up rolling in wealth.
After many readings, edits, proof-reads and so on, I still kind of like my book. It's a part of me, of course, a part I like and want to share with folks. And, let me remind you, it's free this week as a Kindle book, on Amazon.
